My family loved the location, it was about a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. The neighborhood was great. The house was a great size for our family of 4. It was clean upon arrival.

We are told about 5 days before our trip, the hot tub was not working. Which was frustrating as that was a deciding factor on why we had booked this particular house, also we were charged a 220 pet fee for bringing our dog that was not disclosed upon booking, it just said pets were allowed. These issues were disclosed less than a week before the trip, after initial payment had already been made.
