    Top tier communication

    Very good stay, easy walk to etihad and only 8 min drive from station. Fantastic communication!

    Nothing much to note - very creaky floorboard but not much can be helped there.

    Great for coop live and Etihad stadium.

    The area is great for attending events at the Etihad campus. Walkable to the city centre. Public transport connections are great too

    A few small things - could have had more towels, back garden needs a little upgrading

    Great house. Lovely space. Garden needed a spruce up, but not a problem. Plenty space. I would recommend for families and group bookings. Great pub at the end of the street. Not to be confused with the corner shop 🤣
