Very dissapointing stay.
Villa vas large and spacious inside but that’s all I can say was good about it. Very dissapointed.
Arrived for 1 week stay as a couple. Was greeted with the stench of cannabis and extremalnie loud music with a party from the neighbours. All overly loud shouting and swearing till early hours. This went on all weekend so had very little sleep. Tried to ignore but was impossible to relax and was quite intimidating. There where parties at many properties throughout the week too. The inside of the villa is out dated, everything is old and dirty, crumbs on seats and just not deep cleaned like most villas are in Orlando. The worst of all was the outside pool area. We found old cigarette butts on the floor near the seating area, old chewing gum stuck to patio areas in multiple areas… outside furniture was rusty and so well used we didn’t really want to even sit on it. We had hoped to use the BBQ but it was filthy, clearly the past residents didn’t clean it nor do the homeowners clean it properly. The brush left to clean it was just as discusting. Kitchen area is outdated, all cutlery etc is just old and mix matched, felt like student accommodation. The pool patio are is so unkept, weeds growing everywhere. Pool boy turned up once and just stood about on his phone. The pool water seemed dirty too… floating hairs etc. It was really disappointing, these are clearly party homes not nice villas compared to others in the area. The parking spot is so tight you can’t even get out the car, I had to let my passenger out first before parking up and we only had a small car. We voiced our issues as we wanted to move but nobody even replied to our multiple messages. Really bad management and disappointing stay to say the least. If you are looking for a party house then this would do but defiantly not for family with kids etc.

My stay for my wife birthday with my daughters was HORRIBLE!!!

As soon as my family arrived there was trash left in front of the property. The cleaning crew left the trash in bags by the front door. The pool water smelled bad, the washing machine didn’t work, pool lights in the pool didn’t work as well, grill wasn’t functioning until maintenance came and fixed it. Lastly there was a moose in the unit running around. Mice dropping was behind the dishwasher and in the cabinets under the sink. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
