Perfect, comfy and just what we needed. 100% recommend
Very nice caravan and plenty of space, homely feel from finishing touches (cushions, blankets,books). Caravan is at the end so was nice and quiet.
There was nothing we didnt like - only thing we was expecting that wasnt there is an iron but there was everything else and more that you would expect.

We didn’t use the facilities on site and didn’t meet any staff as we had planned all visits out and about, so much to do
Was ideal for our needs well equipped,
only thing that I would recommend is that the cleaner needs to check under and behind sofas and under beds apart from this the van was perfect for our needs

The host communicated well. We arrived early after a long journey and we were able to park up and wandered around. She called when the cleaning had finished and allowed us to check in early. The caravan was very tidy with everything you need for a short stay. Lots of soap, towels toilet paper etc. there was even tea and sugar which you don't often get in self catering. The shower worked well too and there was shower gel. We enjoyed walking away from the attractions towards the beach where there was a cafe a playground watersports and lovely views
We weren't a massive fan of the Haven facilities (very busy pools loud music, restaurants looked ropey) but we knew that's what Rockley Park is and not a reflection of the host. the beds are pretty small but it's a caravan so we were expecting that and the hosts had supplied plenty of cushions and blankets. The living area is decent and could fit our family of 5 comfortably and the kids watched a movie on Netflix and the Wi-Fi was very good. The caravan was a great location to go and explore Poole and Sandbanks.

The accomodation was good enough to sleep in but very cramped.
It was self catering
The bed linen could have been cleaner. White sheets instead of dark blue. The light above the double bed did not work. For a 6 berth caravan, there should have been 6 coasters & table mats.
