Would like compensation and proof issues were taken care of.
The only nice thing about the property was location (7 minutes from the beach)
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations, especially for the price we paid. There were multiple safety, maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort issues throughout the property that made the stay very disappointing. The most concerning issue was the condition of the property’s walkways. My son actually tripped and fell because of a broken section of the walkway. There were also hornet nests around the property, a container being used to hold up the gutters, and a kitchen cabinet that appeared to be at risk of falling. The front door’s bottom handle does not have a lock—it has an open hole where the lock/handle should be. There were also what appeared to be black mold/mold growth throughout portions of the home and in the garage, including in a bedroom. This was particularly concerning. The bathroom has essentially no ventilation, so we tried opening the window and the handle actually came off in our hand. The water was another significant issue. It took approximately five minutes of running the water before it became hot, and the water had a strong sulfur/rotten-egg smell. The pool/spa jets did not work. We later noticed that previous guest reviews also mention the jets, which was disappointing. The overall condition and cleanliness of the home also did not feel consistent with what we expected for the price. We found soda cans behind the nightstands, the towels were extremely worn, the pillows were very flat, and the beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen was also not adequately stocked for a property advertised to accommodate 8 people. There were only 4 large plates, 5 bowls, 5 coffee mugs, and 7 small plates. If the home is intended to accommodate 8 guests, we would expect the basic dishware to accommodate that number. We did communicate the issues we encountered to the host during our stay.

We had a great stay going shark tooth hunting everyday different beaches.
Great location close to a number of different beaches!!! Room for everyone :)
