  The house was really was really nice and spacious. The pool was clean , and my kids loved it. It's worth it

  It's not I really didn't like, but the other bedroom with two beds. I know it's an additional to make another room, but it will be better if they really make it more neat. We can still see the paints on the floor and no nightstand so you can put your phones or glass of water. And no plugs closer to the bed. And reminder the vinyl record is just a display and it's not working. I was disappointed when I found out when I got there, I even brought my own vinyls so I could play music. Unfortunately, it's only for a display

  Inside was clean and spacious

  The location is close to the downtown area which made it convenient to meet friends and attend events near there. The place was spacious, and has appeared to be remodeled in some spaces, even though it looks DIY. The inside was clean, the area was quiet, the beds were comfy. The yard is very big and surrounds the whole house with real grass, so my dogs were really happy the whole visit, they loved it outside.

  I felt the price didnt reflect what I recieved. First last minute before we left they wanted a cleaning deposit of over $100 for my two pugs. Which was hysterical when we arrived as the whole outside area looked as if it hadn't been blown out or swept for quite some time, we actually had to do it, as my dogs kept finding leaves and other items. The third bedroom (which we didnt even use) has the 2 beds in it, it looks as if its an attached garage converted to a bedroom. And its not connected to the central air conditioning, it appeared that it had an air conditioner in there, but we didnt use this room and I was kinda glad our guests couldnt make it, cause it reminded me of sleeping in a garage. The furniture outside was ripped. The ottomans around the fire pit had bird feces all over them. I didnt use the pool but it looked a little dirty. I felt the price I paid for what we recieved was not really worth it.

  Nice outside, good location, but photos are not representative of current state of property. Management was difficult to

  The place is great because the trees give it a lot of shade.

  The listing was initially listed as “new” and contains lots of very nice photos of the property. I was surprised when we got to the house and found everything to be a bot more worn and dated. I felt the photos must have been taken several years ago and did not represent the current condition of the property. Some of the lawn games pictured were not usable. Electrical sockets did not work, dog poop on the lawn, ants in the kitchen, pool furniture worn and stained, warped and damaged flooring due to water damage. I did contact the property manager immediately and mentioned all of these items and had a very frustrating and unsatisfactory communication. For compensation they sent out an exterminator and turned the pool heat on for free. Small things like the towel bars falling off, a bathroom door being broken I normally could roll with, but at $500 per night I expected more attention to detail and also a property manager that would be responsive to my concerns. I did put in a complaint and the property manager refused to compensate at all. Booking.com however stepped in and provided compensation based on the photos I took and shared with them if the property.
