    Patīkams dzīvoklis, tīrs un sakopts. Ļoti padomāts par kontaktligzdām. Patīkama komunikācija ar saimnieci. Ieejas koda pieejamība-nav jāierodas uz konkrētu laiku, lai saņemtu dzīvokļa atslēgas.

    Vannasistabā dvieļi ar nepatīkami aromātu - tā kā sasmakuši, nav svaiguma. Vannas istabas durvis grūti veramas. Virtuvei prasās žalūzijas. TV jāslēdzas ar savu GO3.
