Excellent location in a full on neighbourhood. All we needed to get immersed in Rome.
Location was 4 minutes walk to colosseum. Great location to explore Rome. Heaps of space for two people. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Metro close. Basic kitchen gear that allowed us to eat in after a day of crowds & site seeing. Excellent communication.
Have no other experience of staying in Rome but stayed in Italy for 5 weeks so any negatives are based on that. It’s not a fancy place. Just a bit tired and in need of a bit of maintenance. Not horrible but not 5 star if that’s what you are looking for. Kitchen equipment could have an upgrade . Just a bit secondhand: used looking. Eg add a sharp knife, toaster. Wine glass ( for the lovely bottle of bubbles we found on arrival. )

A localização tudo perto bom. E barato para comer a rua é ótima os arredores é muito perto do coliseu dois minutos a pé e 15 da Fontana eu super voltaria a ficar lá
Limpeza no banheiro o boxe tinha uns lodo no vidro
