    Pleasant, Suitable for walking distance for Stadium and Setford Park

    a little different to what i expected but it served its purpose and was very handy for walking back from Setford Park later in the evening

    Maybe the beds could of been alittle more comfy with mattress, parking wasnt quite as expected but was able to park outside the house

    Well equipped, spacious. 4 miles from the docks, and close to A field if you are going to the football.

    Nothing major wrong. Parking over football matches tricky, and be good if one of the rooms had a couple of singles/bunks, my kids would rather have not shared a bed, but really it was all good. We couldn't get the TV to work, but that may have been us!

    For almost £200 for a night even on a game day. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was less than half that price!

    The location was a positive. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

    Place is described as refurbished! It’s far from it! Smell of stale smoke. Floor looked like it hadn’t been washed in forever. Many items of furniture that are in the advertised photos aren’t there. TV didn’t seem to be connecting to any signal. Lumpy pillows. Smoke detector next door needed a new battery (not their fault I know) stains on the sofa. Burn mark from the iron on the floor in the bedroom.
