    Small apartment in excellent location

    Very good location with lovely sea view from the nice balcony. The sitting room, kitchen and bathroom were all good, They were clean and well presented. The shower was very good.

    The main issue was the lack of air conditioning. It is a small apartment with a lack of ventilation. There is only one window/patio door which opens on to the balcony. The bedroom is very cramped and has no external window. We found the apartment very stuffy and uncomfortably warm, especially at night. There was a serious lack of storage for clothes which could easily be rectified by having a wardrobe/ drawers in the sitting room area where there was plenty of space. We also noted there was no smoke/fire alarm which was concerning as there was only one exit from the apartment.

    Poteva andare meglio

    L’appartamento è molto carino e il punto forte è senz’altro la terrazza vista mare.

    Doccia scomoda. La pressione dell’acqua era davvero pochissima, a tratti inesistente. Sia in bagno che in cucina sono presenti delle piccole formiche. Stendino con ruggine che ci ha macchina dei costumi. In generale gli spazi potrebbero essere organizzati meglio.

    Il terrazzo

    La camera da letto é piccolissima, sostanzialmente cieca e con problemi di calore e circolazione d’aria. La finestra sul terrazzo non si può chiudere a chiave (é stata persa) o dall’interno e rimane sempre aperta sempre. Evidenziato il problema mi é stato risposto di stare tranquillo che non é mai successo nulla! Ci sono evidenti problemi con l’acqua che a volte non esce o esce al minimo e fredda. Sul tetto del palazzo c’è una piccionaia
