    מיקום טוב ודירה נעימה מיטה נוחה

    למרות שעדכנו בשעת ההגעה שלנו והגענו שעה אחרי צ׳קאין ועדין ניקו את הדירה, היינו צריכים להמתין במרפסת חצי שעה. הבעלים אמר שיפצה אותנו ולא שמענו ממנו. מהעמוד בבוקינג לא היה ברור איזו דירה נקבל, היה רשום עם ג׳קוזי במרפסת ולא היה. המקרר היה קטן מאוד ולא מספיק קר. לא מספיק שמיכות ל 4 אנשים.

    Disappointing / incomplete description

    Location is excellent. The apt owner answered the few questions we sent to him (we did not meet him).

    I never rated a Booking com property below 8. My wife and I felt that the description of this property was misleading. The purpose of this review is to provide an objective list of some details that are missing from the property description we received. Some future guests might not care about these shortcomings. Anyone interested in the Superior Apt should be aware of the following. (1) SAFETY. Israel suffers from periodic missile and rocket attacks. New buildings are required to have a reinforced safety room either in each apt (“mamad”) or a communal safety room (“miklat”). This building is new and the apts all have "mamads". But the owner of this property divided one unit into two and the result is that this Apt has no security room. We asked the owner where we should go in the event of an emergency. He said “oh, maybe a building across the street, or maybe in the stairwell”. The stairwell is pitch black and the light switches off every 90 seconds. Going down 5 floors to some unidentified building across the street is not realistic. If this is important to a guest you should not rent this apt. (2) MISLEADING DESCRIPTION. The apt is described as “Penthouse w Jacuzzi”, but the Superior Apt is not a penthouse and has no Jacuzzi. The other apt at this location is the penthouse w/Jazuzzi. (3) KITCHETTE. The refrigerator in the apt is kept on the floor (photo attached), is extremely small, and has no freezer section. Future guests should be aware that they cannot make or keep ice or store ice cream. At our request the owner moved the refrigerator to a coffee table so that it was raised a bit. (4) SEA VIEW. The view of the sea is partially blocked by a tree. (5) WASHER/DRYER: The Superior apt has no washer or dryer. (6) INCOMPLETE DECOR. See photos.
