    Very disappointing stay – outdated photos The apartment was nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. On arrival, the agent was 20 minutes late, and the apartment was dirty, run down and clearly not properly cleaned. The toilets, showers, sinks, kitchen, floors, fridge and patio doors were dirty. There were marks and peeling paint on the walls, damaged skirting boards, stains on the sofa, extremely hard beds and filthy, worn-out outdoor furniture. The photos on Booking.com are clearly outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property. Booking.com customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout, so our complaint is with the agent/accommodation provider. Given the condition of the apartment and the difference between what was advertised and what we received, we feel compensation is justified.

    Very nice apartment with a good view. Up a steep hill so bear in mind if you have mobility issues.
