  Bell’appartamento a pochi passi da zona bellissima di Roma. Vicine stazioni della Metro. Alcuni dettagli da migliorare,

  Ottima posizione, in un condominio ben strutturato. Ambienti spaziosi. Confortevole.

  Migliorabile la pulizia, i dettagli nei servizi (doccia mal funzionante, poche spiegazioni su campanello e sul posizionamento degli oggetti, assenza di altri). Migliorabile la comunicazione all’arrivo dei clienti.

  Great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and Niccolò was an incredible host—communication was seamless, and the check-in process was very smooth. Highly recommended!

  Overall a great stay, but a couple of small details could be improved. The window in the living room didn't have curtains, so those sleeping on the sofa bed felt exposed with full view to the outside and too much light coming in. It would also be very helpful to have paper towels in the kitchen.

  The host was really helpful and kind. The house was perfect, really comfortable! I felt like I was in my own house. Next to the house has a very very good cafe- restaurant and that really help the days that we felt really tired to go to the center. The house is fully provided with the essential for living + oil, tea and different kind of coffee (+ coffee machine with capsules provided)

  It was approximately 25min walking from the fist sight( colloseum) but it had plenty of buses around.

  Peu de temps avant notre arrivée, l’hôte nous prévient que du papier toilette n’a pas été remis par la femme de ménage et nous dit d’aller en acheter contre un remboursement. En effet à notre arrivée aucun papier toilette. Nous sommes arrivés un jour férié et avons mis plus 30 minutes pour trouver une boutiques ouverte. Nous avions pris le parking privé, la télécommande était non fonctionnelle. Nous avons dû nous garer dans la rue qui était payante. L’hôte nous dit alors qu’elle va nous rembourser le parking dans lequel nous n’avons pas pu rentrer (toujours pas remboursé à l’heure actuelle). Pour le moment, nous avons donc payer le parking privé et le parking dans la rue. De plus l’appartement n’était pas propre. Taches sur les oreillers, trace derrière les toilettes, poêle très sale, … La douche n’est pas entièrement fonctionnelle, on ne peut pas se servir de la pomme de douche car le bouton est cassé. Je ne recommande pas le séjour, nous avons été déçu, d’autant plus vu la note et les commentaires précédents, nous ne nous attendions pas à cela.
