    Well-located and clean

    Well-located and clean.

    The apartment felt a bit tired, but it did the trick for a one-night stay before getting our flights home.

    Disappointing. Not worth the money.

    Location. However, Bergamo is well connected, in case of staying for more than 1 night - look elsewhere!

    In short - look ELSWHERE! During my tenure as Genius 3 level guest, I’ve never left a bad review - this place just has way too many little, BUT important things that can ruin your experience and recharging after a long day out. Apartment and utilities are worn out and outdated, pictures in the Booking are enhanced to look it better. Zero space in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Stinky and used dish sponge - how little regard for the guests! The water pressure in the shower in the mornings- challengin! Bad air quality in the rooms, but due to the noisy and busy street outside - opening a window is not an option, and climate control is centrally controlled - you can not change anything! Bedding - depends what you are used to, if bed cover and sheet is considered a douvet, will work for you. Pillows - good there were extra, as the one originally places in the bed - straight to the trash bin! TV - only italian language channels, no cable TV, is fine if you are refreshing your Italian😁
