    Emplacement plutôt bon, bien qu’il faille marcher beaucoup pour rejoindre les points importants de la ville. L’agence est réactive via whatsapp.

    N’a de luxe que le nom. L’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement global. Pas super propre, les joints de la douche étaient très moches. La place de parking est adaptée aux petites voiture. J’ai eu du mal à garer mon suv et j’ai failli de pas pouvoir en sortir car pas de place pour ouvrir la portière. Je n’ai pas trop apprécié d’être débité de 200€ pour la caution pour un appartement en si mauvais état et remboursé qu’une semaine après (48h selon le gestionnaire mais le temps d’avoir réellement l’argent il se passe 1 semaine). Porte verrouillée par code donc ouvrable par n’importe qui même si vous êtes dedans (?).
