    Porta Rossa Nightmare

We didn't stay because they did not give us a vacant apartment! A mistake was made leaving us stranded, needing to find alternative accommodation at 7pm on the day of our arrival in Florence. I called them, and messaged for two hours giving them plenty of opportunity to sort this out. It was a nightmare. Mistakes happen, but despite the many messages and phone calls to the property, we heard nothing for 24 hours. This is unacceptable. By simply monitoring their calls, this whole situation could have been avoided. So don't expect any quick responses or support from this one!
