Overall a great central location with accommodating staff. My only complaint is the bed was very hard and difficult to get a restful sleep.

In the heart of old Lisbon, great atmosphere and ambience, clean comfortable facilities, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay there.

As a solo traveller, I felt really safe staying at the hotel and being in the area. Everyone was really nice and welcoming as it was my first time visiting Portugal. Hotel was accommodating as I arrived early and they held my luggage until check in. Front desk was amazing and very pleasant.

I felt unsafe. The room we stayed in was not the room in the pictures showed.
