Appartement tres décevant qui ne correspond pas du tout au prix....
Très bon emplacement centre ville et près des rives du Dourot . Appartement propre
1 luminaire sur 3 qui fonctionnait Ustensile de cuisine non adapté a la plaque de cuisson : obligation de faire cuire la viande dans une casserole. Pas d'ècumoire pour pâtes ou riz...peu d'ustensiles Douche qui déborde quand on l'utilise, odeur d'égout et d'humidité en permanence. Très mauvaise insonorisation avec les voisins. Des techniciens pour les lumières ( changement uniquement de certaines ampoules mais pas toutes)sont venus dans l'appartement sans notre présence ou celle du propriétaire . Réaction très tardive ( lendemain) du propriétaire apres plusieurs demandes ou requêtes.

Uncomfortable, mold smell, lots of noise
The location and check in is convenient.
We could not stay at the property after one night due to the condition of the property. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, there is air conditioning in the small living room but not in the bedrooms so they are too hot. The floors make a lot of noise, if someone went to the bathroom the whole apartment was woken up and it even caused the beds to shake. The bathroom door does not close, the shower does not drain properly, and worst of all, there is a mold smell in the apartment. The mold was affecting my mother’s health, and even after telling the owner about these problems, they were inflexible. The owner was very unhelpful and unkind, and wouldn’t even let us cancel the stay for a fee, despite checking out 3 days early.

Good value apartment in best area of Porto.
Location is superb , best place to stay in Porto
Ceiling lamps need replacing, I counted 9 not working will be dark if any more go out.

Мы были 3 ночи, нам оставили всего 2 капсулы кофе на 2, оставив хотя бы 6 было бы приятней. Полы сильно скрипят
