A nice apartment with good parking.
The front balcony and the car parking.
The rear of the property from the bedrooms overlooking a very old building site in a wrecked state and also overlooking everyone else's balconies and their mess on them. One should be careful with the word luxurious. The apartment is well appointed clean and tidy but very 1970/80s we felt it needs to be brighter and lighter and the furniture the same. Just had no atmosphere. Just because of a hot tub does not make it luxurious.
