    Ne vaut pas la moitié du prix

    L'emplacement près de la plage

    Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité car les photos semblent avoir 10 ans. L'appartement est vieillot, usé, une seule moitié de l'armoire est disponible, les essuis tachés, les murs abîmés, la vue donne sur la mer mais avec de très moches habitations également. Le plus dérangeant était que deux bâtiments étaient en travaux du matin au soir, même le weekend. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus par la propriétaire. Il y a aussi un bruit assourdissant dans la chambre qui empêche de bien dormir la nuit. Face à nos remarques, la propriétaire n'assume pas ses responsabilités, nie tout en bloc, trouve des excuses, ne propose pas de remboursement partiel et propose uniquement d'annuler le séjour (déjà très court). Elle a même insulté de "fou" un autre locataire car il avait laissé un message négatif. Une véritable catastrophe. En résumé, nous avons payé plus cher pour un appartement de haut standing et ce n'était pas le cas du tout. Aucune compensation n'a été donnée.

    Fair for price

    Location is great, near the beach. 5 min in car to Barra. Space is fair when compared with the price. There are security personnel at the entrance.

    Some electric plugs don't work correctly. Beds are not comfortable and bedsheets were old. Overall, the apt is clean. Hot water doesn't come from a regular heater but from a resistance connected to the shower. The plastic already looks melted. The building is under maintenance. Probably, in the future the apt will be renovated. Currently, it looks like it needs to be fixed. Communication with the owner is through WhatsApp instead of Booking. When speaking with managers do not expect to have a conversation in English or Portuguese as they are not able to. Instructions to check in and out were provided through WhatsApp instead of booking. It seems to be the rule in Brazil. As it rained, the smell of the apt was terrible, maybe due to the works in the zone. There is a building under construction nearby, expect to hear a lot of noise since 6:30am even on weekends.

    Vista, localização perto da praia e da vida noturna do Rio Vermelho. Anfitriã muito atenciosa.

    Barulho das obras, no bairro não há farmácia nem mercado. As caixas dos splits ficam ao lado do quarto onde dormi, o barulho atrapalhava muito para dormir.
