Es muy céntrico, y el chico Luis es muy simpático y se preocupa mucho por los huéspedes

El dueño Luis muy atento, nos proporciono muchas indicaciones turísticas y muchos detalles en el alojamiento como, tés, cápsulas de café, azucar, sacarina y hasta de bienvenida un poco de vino de oporto y galletitas típicas de alli. La situación del alojamiento es buena, cerca del Ayuntamiento; muy espacioso, la cocina tenía de todo y el salón muy cómodo con un sofá cama y TV grande; el colchón pese a ser blando, cómodo, con un armario gigante para la ropa y la habitación pese a estar en la planta baja comunicada por escaleras con el salón también se podía acceder por el portal con ascensor. Todo muy bien.
Por decir algo se oía algo de ruido del exterior y entraba luz por la puerta del salon

I’ve stayed in many apartments in Porto, and this one was definitely the best! Luís is amazing and such a great host! The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The heating was excellent, which made the stay extra cozy. The sofa is also very big and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the city. I will definitely be coming back!

Excelente ubicación
La ubicación es genial. Está limpio, la cocina está equipada y el dueño siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.
La almohada me pareció incómoda, pero...para gustos los colores.
