Ubicación excelente, habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Una gran vista desde la habitación que permite disfrutar el atardecer sobre el río Duero..
Desayuno poco variado, alguien del personal en el desayuno no muy amable tratándose de atención a huéspedes…. (Quizás no tenía un buen día..) los demás muy atentos.

Fabulous smart apartment hotel overlooking the Douro.
Location is fabulous, looking over the Douro river. We booked an apartment in their adjacent building with views over the river. Beautiful spacious apartment with minor cooking facilities and modern compact shower room. 3 big windows for fresh air or efficient, quiet air conditioning. Good breakfasts and a tapas bar overlooking the river.
The apartment was on the 2nd floor with no lift. The hotel made us very aware of this and helped with luggage. Porto has many hills so It could be a struggle to come back to more stairs. I found the storage facilities limited. I requested more coat hangers but there were no drawers or obvious spaces to place clothes. Housekeeping was good apart from our last day when the room was not cleaned until 16h00hrs. The Ribeira is a touristy area, very lively with buskers competing and lots of cafes and restaurants, most stopped by 23H00 hrs but It could be too noisey for some, so choose a quieter location.
