    The terrace and the sea view was spectacular, but in every other aspect it was a big disappointment.

    The terrace and the view to the sea was spectacular.

    - The pool was closed. There was a note about it in the apartment's description, but it was in Italian, and the dates were 2024 and 2025, not 2026, so we did not expect it to be unavailable. - The host had very limited English skills, that made the communication difficult. - The apartment was much smaller than the photos and the description suggested. The specs said 50 m2, but in reality it was only around 35 m2. In the bigger room there was only 30cm between the wall and the bed, making it very hard to walk by. In the smaller room the bed was enclosed by walls from three sides, making it even more difficult to access. The showers were so small that you could barely turn around in them. - It was advertised for 4 persons, but in reality - despite the two bathrooms - it is not sufficient for 4 adults. Maximum 2 adults + 2 children. - The specs said 1 queen bed + 2 twin beds. In reality there was only 1 twin bed, another extendable bed, and a small coach. - Many of the closets were closed due to "private use". - Inside the apartment was clean, but there was cat faeces on the terrace at the door. We had to clean it up ourselves. - Overall the apartment was worn down, handles were loose, plaster was fallen, painting stained. - There weren't sufficient cleaning products and tools provided. We had to buy a mop, soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc. - The oven tripped the main circuit breaker, which was outside, and very hard to find. - There was a switch in the kitchen that was turning the fridge on/off. Nobody told us about it, thus we accidentally turned the fridge off for a half day. - The internet was very unreliable, every morning it went offline. - There was no electric kettle in the kitchen. - Light bulbs were broken. - In one shower there wasn't any shelf for shower gel/shampoo.
