    Fijn

    Het uitzicht! Fijn dat de kamers ruim zijn en het ontbijt beviel ook goed.

    De douche werkte niet goed, de kraan van het bad bleef lopen en we kregen dit niet uit. Ook vond ik de tijden van het zwembad en de spa erg beperkt, zeker als je met kleine kinderen reist.

    It was a perfect stay for our first holiday with the baby. We could chill on the sunbeds straight after breakfast while

    The hotel is neat and well maintained. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. The pool is perfect and the sea was so lovely

    I could use wellness facilities for the first 5 days, complained multiple times that the steam room was unbelievably hot and the hot sauna was not hoy enough (only 50 degrees Celsius). Eventually it was fixed but it took a while. Restaurant could use daily special for lunch options just to add variety to the menu.

    Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

    A beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views! The food was good, both at the hotel and in the nearby restaurants. There were lots of families with young children and babies, luckily the overall atmosphere was still calm and relaxed. Portocolom itself is a lovely, peaceful village, perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

    The only downsides were the poor-quality hairdryer in the room and the lack of direct access to the sea via swimming ladders, which appeared to be broken or out of use.
