    Functional, reasonably priced unmanned residence near the convention center

    It was near the convention site and close to convenience stores (711, Family Mart and Lawson). Check in and check out was efficient and quick. The room was ok for a solo traveller and maybe a bit tight for a couple. Definitely not for a family. There was a toilet with a shower, washing machine with one free liquid detergent (which didn't seem enough considering I was there for a week), microwave, ref, water heater, stove with cooking and eating utensils. Dishwashing soap and sponge were provided as were shampoo, conditioner, body wash and handwashing soap. The toilet had a shower and a soaking tub.

    I received instructions for the digital locks the day before I arrived but they were in Japanese. I would like to suggest that an English version also be included. I also hope English instructions can also be posted inside the room. Thank goodness for Google who gave me instructions for operating the water temp controls and washing machine. I have a big issue with the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were not located near the tub. You have to reach out for them and this may result in a person slipping and having an accident. I do not know why they are located as they are. Furthermore, I was given only 2 bath towels (which were thin) and 2 hand towels. Although I never tried asking for more. The shower water temp controls are also located outside the toilet stall. The mirror is also over the sink which is almost straddling the edge of the tub. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Putting on makeup was therefore a hassle.

    Stay in Japan

    Well equipped room. Automatic check in and check out without any hassle.

    It's really small in size. Also the property doesn't provide the invoice for the stay.
