We are not the type of travelers that spend a lot of time on location, so this met our needs.
It is situated in a very central location with very close access to a nice beach and with restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery store close by. The area, like all the areas that we visited seemed safe. It is about a half an hours drive to Old San Juan and the forts. The fort by the ocean was very impressive, containing 6 levels. Our host (Tiffany) was very quick to respond to our questions or concerns and was a wealth of information.
When we arrived and approached the building we were praying that it wouldn't be where we had booked, as it looked sketchy. Older than many other buildings around the area and with no curb appeal. (Thankfully the unit we were in was much better than the outside would convey). The studio was clean, AC worked well and had a full kitchen, though we did not use anything but the fridge. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was not the best.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great value for the price.
This accommodation offers excellent value for the price. It was perfect for a solo trip. As a woman staying on the first floor, I was a bit concerned about safety and insects, but although there was a little noise, I felt very safe overall and didn't encounter any bugs. The best part was having easy access to the beach just steps away. There were also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities nearby, which made my stay very convenient.
The pool area doesn't get much direct sunlight, so although I was hoping to tan, it was only possible in the morning. That said, I really liked that it was quiet and never crowded, making it a very relaxing place to spend time.
