what a wonderful experience with great hosts.
The lodge was cozy, clean, and had beautiful views. the family was incredibly gracious and welcoming.
an extra standing fan would have been helpful with the heat.

Cozy spot in San Miguel
It's a really cozy spot in San Miguel (so you have to take the local boats from Flores island, which was a nice touch to our stay). Lesbia is very kind and helpfull! The room was clean and spatious. Would recommend!!!! + We saw cool iguanas on the deck of our room:)
The shower doesn't have hot water, but is very hot here so it didn't bother us at all!

Le logement est super, très bien situé avec une vue fantastique.. Que dire de notre hôte: elle est lumineuse, attentionnée et à l'écoute. Notre séjour s'est très très bien passé: si nous avons le bonheur de revenir au Guatemala sans hésitation nous reviendrons dans ce logement.

The location is amazing, you can sit on a terrace and admire the water plus there is an extra feature - completely free of charge - iguana, which lives there :). The owners of the place are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They arranged some trips for us and gave a lot of very useful tips. We also had a changed to try a homemade meal made by the host. The room itself is huge and can fit 6 people perfectly, clean with a wooden floor. The amenities are more than enough, you will find there anything you need to prepare meals. The only one small 'but' is the water. It is not always warm...
