La situación, el trato y la originalidad.

hemos estado alojado dos noche en el hotel. La ubicación es fantástica.decoracion de salones y patio fantástica. Tienen las habitaciones en una primera y segunda planta y no disponen de ascensor. El colchón de la habitación Concha Espina necesita una renovación total, al rato de estar en la cama empiezas a notar cómo se hunde y se notan los muelles. Lo peor es la persona que está a cargo del hotel por las mañanas. Una mujer antipatica, desagradable y seca. No corresponde con la categoría del hotel. Cuando llegamos nos dice que el parking no está disponible ese día por una pequeña inundación por lluvia , pero ya no nos informa para el resto de los días de la estancia. Igualmente con el desayuno, nos indica que han tenido un incidente y no está disponible el servicio. No vuelvo a tener noticias al respecto y el segundo día encuentro un comedor con este servicio ya reanudado. Creo que el problema es como he citado la actitud de esta señora

Great location next to the cathedral.
The place was lovely, old and historic. The bedroom and bath were large. The location close to the cathedral was excellent.
It was a bit pricey for what it was.
