Great staff but the resort is definitely lacking in May ways compared to all other resorts we have been too over many .

First let me say that this resort was clean & safe which is a big thing for us . The staff were great. Especially Robert & Fabian in the restaurant. Hotel manager also exceptional. Housekeepers were great . Drinks & food not so much , no night entertainment , no sun loungers on the beach just hard very old wooden chairs . Food bland and repetitive. No à la carte meals . Only one buffet. We will not be back to this resort .

The first two nights I couldn't sleep because of musty smell and the Room was spoiled. Besides, for an all inclusive resorts the Food is very basic. Also the Swimming pool had slime, not very clean. The wifi signal is poor.
