    Hotel is decent,renovated,clean, but there are lack of customer service, poor communication, houskee

    Delicious food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The mattresses and bed linen were clean.

    Most of the staff have limited foreign language skills, which makes communication difficult. The reception staff often failed to provide clear and accurate information, leaving guests confused about various aspects of their stay. Despite having arranged an early check-out, the promised breakfast was not provided. The staff offered little in the way of an apology, leaving a very bitter aftertaste. The rooftop bar was closed, which was another disappointment. Overall, many things were unclear, and the receptionists did little to explain or clarify the situation. As for smoking, be prepared to deal with it almost everywhere. You may be lucky enough to negotiate with other guests to get them to stop smoking, but don't expect a smoke-free environment.
