    Era todo muchomejor de lo esperado. Practicamente no faltaba detalle alguno, era como estar en la casa de tus sueños.

    Aunque no tenga apenas importancia. Como he dicho, habia absolutamente de todo, manteles, plancha de la ropa, del pelo, sartenes, cuchillos, altavoz bluetooth,… eche en falta el tipico kit de fregado de platos que hay en los apartamentos de este tipo… aunq como hay supermercado justo debajo, no fue problema alguno.

    Great location for exploring Lisbon.

    Great location for exploring Lisbon. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a roof top space with honesty bar. Studio was furnished stylishly and extra touches like the bathrobes, hair straightener and steamer were great to have. There is a small supermarket immediately adjacent which was very handy.

    Mattress was a little uncomfortable and a bit wobbly meaning every movement was exaggerated. Dining chairs were stylish but squeaky which was a bit annoying. There is a TV but unless you already subscribe to a streaming service it was no use. The radio which we assume was a Bluetooth speaker also didn’t link up. These are minor complaints but more information up front about how things work would have helped. There was an issue with a faulty fire alarm and while things like that happen the problem was the lack of onsite staff to take charge at the time of the alarm. The first help phone number wasn’t answered and we couldn’t be sure that anyone was responding to the alarm. Eventually the second number was answered. Given that a global apology was issued by WhatsApp later in the day it would have been a good idea to communicate with guests at the time of the alarm to provide assurance.
