    Prettige locatie om te verblijven

Richt bij restaurants. Mooi terras buiten.

    De deurhoogte is te laag.

    Great properties. Poor customer service!

I was told on the morning of my stay that the property I had booked (Potami Studios) was not available, despite me making the booking months ago! The booking company (Air Stay Property Management) messaged me to say that they had booked me into an alternative property in the centre of town (rather than next to the river) but no apology was offered! To be fair, the property that I was booked into was excellent (and free water and juice were offered) but some degree of contrition would have been appreciated!

The property I booked was unavailable!

Wegens een overboeking hebben we een ander appartement kunnen kiezen, zonder extra kosten. Dit beviel erg goed.
