  Excellent, modern, clean and cosy. Great for Harry Potter visitors.

  I liked the fact that there was already some washing up liquid and tea towel etc to keep the kitchen tidy. I also liked that there was an extra hand towel in the bathroom. So the small towels each could be kept for hair if needed.

  I know there is a large mirror in the hallway and in the living room but maybe a small mirror in the twin room just to brush hair before leaving the room. ( not essential) Also a couple of hooks on the bathroom door for clothes when you get a shower would be appreciated 😃

  Perfect location with free parking for Harry Potter studios, had everything we needed

  Location was perfect, nice and quiet but close to facilities and Harry Potter studies

  shower had a hole in it so all the water came out of the hole as opposed to the rest of the shower head

  Disappointed.

  The only thing decent was the location to the Harry potter studios.

  None of the TV steaming channels worked, had to use your own account!! Master bed was very uncomfortable. In the cupboard in the second bedroom, thers a hole straight though to the outside. It's a flat with very steep staircase leading to the living area.. Cleaner did a terrible job then lied to the host about it all. Window in main bedroom is broken and will not close.
