I had a lovely stay in Bellingen. The host, John was available if needed but no need.
Location was perfect - right in the centre of town. Lots or space and large covered verandahs. Kitchen is well equipped (some could do with an oven but I didn’t need it). The beds are super comfortable, warm and cosy.
