    helpful staff. availability to store our luggage after checking out to go sightseeing before leaving Macau

    buffet turned served breakfast was not communicated early enough. limited menu. a prior heads up would be helpful so we could plan to manage our meal

    清掃が行き届いていれば最高だった

    レストランの料理が美味しかったです！建物も雰囲気があり、静かな場所なのでゆっくり滞在できます。マカオのガイドブックもありました！事前にメールを送った際にも丁寧且つ迅速に返信してくれました。スタッフは親切です。長く急な階段を昇り降りする必要がありますが、バス停も近く移動はしやすいと思いました。荷物の多い人、高齢者は大変かもしれません。予約を別にして2泊しました。清掃は8:00～18:00の間でお願いできるみたいで、2日目は清掃希望札を出し、清掃してもらえました。

    周りの環境を考えると仕方ないですが、部屋にアリの巣があり、常にアリと過ごさなければなりません。また、シャワーカーテンのカビ、寝具のシミ、排水溝にティッシュが詰まっていたことを考えると清掃が行き届いているとは言えませんでした。何も気にしない人なら快適に泊まれると思います。
