  Um verdadeiro refúgio de charme e tranquilidade em Paraty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  A Pontal Gardens é daqueles lugares que fazem a viagem se tornar ainda mais especial. Tudo transmite cuidado, bom gosto e atenção aos detalhes, desde o ambiente acolhedor e a decoração charmosa até a atmosfera de paz e tranquilidade. A localização é excelente, permitindo aproveitar o melhor de Paraty com muita praticidade, sem abrir mão do sossego. O ambiente é intimista, agradável e perfeito para descansar depois de um dia explorando a cidade. O atendimento é um dos grandes diferenciais: atencioso, gentil e acolhedor, fazendo com que cada hóspede se sinta verdadeiramente bem-vindo. O café da manhã é delicioso, com produtos locais de qualidade e uma tapioca DELICIOSA. No fim de tarde tem uma delicioso chá com bolo. Delicioso!!!! É o tipo de lugar que conquista pela combinação de conforto, charme e hospitalidade. Uma experiência que deixa boas lembranças e aquela vontade de voltar antes mesmo de ir embora. Sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha para quem deseja viver Paraty de uma forma especial. Recomendo muito!

  Great stay with family

  Had a great stay here. The place is oriented towards couples but we inquired and were told we could bring our teen and tween as part of a family stay. Really enjoyed the daily breakfasts, the staff was welcoming and kind throughout, and the location is great -- just far enough from the center of Paraty to be quiet but still very accesible with a short walk. Also about 1 minute walk from Pontal beach which has kayaks and SUPs for rent and just a couple minutes from where the boats are docked on the river if your stay includes a boat tour.

  Uncomfortable Stay Due to Constant AC Noise

  I stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the garden, next to the kitchen. I checked in late and was very tired after a long drive, but the staff welcomed me well, provided clear instructions, and allowed me to park on the street. The room is quite small, but it was acceptable for a one-night stay. However, the external AC unit mounted on the wall was very noisy whenever the neighboring room turned on their air conditioning. This significantly affected my ability to sleep. I reported the issue to Fernando, who appeared to be the person in charge, but my request for a refund was refused. I was told they had never received a complaint about the noise before. Unfortunately, this did not change the fact that the noise was constant and disruptive. As I arrived late and had no alternative, I had to stay, but I did not sleep well. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and Daniel’s complimentary cocktail was the best part of the stay. Thank you, Daniel! Paraty offers many accommodations with good breakfast and better comfort, so I would recommend considering other options.

  Super netter Empfang. Schöne Anlage und bequeme Betten. Kaffee und Kuchen am Nachmittag war genau das was wir nach einer langen Reise brauchten. Frühstück ist auch lecker.
