    Paradise with perfect staff

    Gabi and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome from the very start and played with our little girl Margot throughout our stay. They also gave her some beach toys to play with and were able to help me book an expert massage when I hurt my back. The location is excellent - close to the port but also on the less busy end of the beach. Paradise.

    Very friendly staff, great location, and great breakfast

    The bed was not comfortable. Both the mattress and pillows were quite hard.

    Simply the best.

    Everything…..but the people make a nice place into a special place and we loved our stay at Pousada Rubi because the people (and Wesley the cat!) made it special. The food is exceptional. Coffee and cake is a lovely touch. The location next to lovely bars and restaurants and walks with a fantastic view of the beach is just perfect. Beds are comfy, showers great, hot tub and sauna are a welcome treat. Everything is spotlessly and beautifully cared for.

    Nothing. We had miserable weather and still loved it.
