    A disgrace for a five-star hotel. Absolutely disastrous experience: blood-stained sheets and a dirty bathroom, with photos to prove it. No key for the safe, rude and disrespectful staff, even going as far as mocking the guest. The manager promised to call me back. He never did. As for the five-star rating on Google, it is completely incomprehensible given the reality. Some of the reviews are honestly very hard to believe. Terrible service, unacceptable hygiene, and zero respect for guests. An absolute disgrace. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. A clarification: the manager’s response is simply dishonest. I never asked for a refund for the entire stay. I only requested a refund for one night for one room, due to the unacceptable conditions I experienced. He promised to call me directly. He never did and simply responded through Booking.com. After such an experience, twisting the facts and avoiding direct communication says a lot about the seriousness and professionalism of this establishment.

    Voltaria com muita alegria.

    A pousada é bonita e confortável. Os funcionários são prestativos e simpáticos. O welcome drink estava maravilhoso! O café da manhã é bem servido e fazem deliciosas tapiocas, omeletes e queijo coalho frito. Há diversas opções de restaurantes e lanchonetes próximos à pousada.

    Na reserva entendi que a pousada ficava próxima a praia, mas na verdade ficava próxima ao rio. Entretato, eles oferecem transfer para a praia.

    O atendimento da equipe é extraordinário, a pousada é charmosa com jardim e decoração impecáveis. Café da manhã impecável. Tudo perfeito.
