Good location in case you want to visit a football match and you like that atmosphere. There are many bars and pubs in the street open till late night but the sleeping rooms are on the other side so the noise from the street is not a big deal. The apartment is well equiped with all necessary kitchen accesorries for making breakfests or simple dinners, incl. some salt, sugar, oil, Nescafé capsules, tea,...., which was very helpful, so we didn´t need to buy the whole packages of that stuff.
The bathroom door needs a repair, it was quiet difficult to close/open but still possible.

Excelente ubicación, en barrio tranquilo y seguro, pero con muchas alternativas de hostelería.
La ubicación es excelente, la zona es buena, céntrica, tranquila pero multitud de hostelería, segura… El apartamento es muy completo y bien equipado
El colchón de la habitación principal, para mi gusto, era demasiado blando, en especial, por los extremos.

В апартаментах 2 спальни, их окна выходят в тихий внутренний двор. Прекрасный сон вам обеспечен! Нет кондиционера , но то что окна квартиры выходят на две противоположные стороны дома, позволяет решить проблему с проветриванием. Большая общая комната ,гостиная -кухня таже способствует тепловому комфорту. Расположение квартиры выше похвал. Нашей целью был музей Гуггенхайма -до него 17 минут пешком; вторая цель увидеть Бискайский залив- метро практически за углом. Спасибо хозяевам за информационную поддержку и внимание!
