    Acceptable, just

The location of the appartment is good, and it's well enough appointed.

The amount of effort to get the WiFi working was unacceptable. Incorrect information available and several phone calls needed. That said - the fact this is operated by a larger company meant there were people there to pick up the phone and assist. Also - autmoatically lights during family stays are deeply irritating. Sounds fancy - actually annoying - appt operators need to get off that trend.
