    2h wait for the keys

    The accommodation was comfortable.

    Admitedly, I made the booking late after a last minute flight cancellation. Yet, they accepted and even accepted my late check-in request. Even then, it took about 2 hours once at the door for me to be able to enter. After e check-in, I was sent instructions of how to get the keys from a keysafe. There were 2 keysaves, I opened one with the code, to find no key. The 2nd didn't open with the supplied code, so I informed them. Very condescendingly I was sent instructions to how to open the safe. After about 30 min of exchange, even sending them video proof that the code was not working, they decided to consult with the manager, only to find out that indeed the code for that one was different. Still, no key there. After a long wait they found that the cleaner never left the keys in the safe. They made me wait about 2 h, in front of the door, at midnight to send me the keys through Uber. The people were very responsive but clearly not professional hospitality

    Apartment is situated in nice district . Near there are shops , supermarket , bar , wine shop . The nice thing is that the stop of the tram is very close …. But during the night it is good to hear their noises .

    The neighbors smoke in their toilet , and the system of ventilation brings that nice smell to the bathroom of apartment . Everything else was good and comfortable .
