Found this apt last minute, looks ok from the pictures with a slight cheaper price than others, so didn’t though twice b
The property has a wonderful location e great neighbors
Open outlets. Falling light fixtures. Dirty couch, cabinets falling apart, small tv with limit channels, dirty pillows, molding shower, horrible pots and pans, no microwave, freezer need to be defrosted. Inoperable windows, no night stands to rest your cup or phone, a little more TLC needed.
