    A localização

    A casa está muito suja, mal cuidada. Eletrodomésticos velhos, estragados e precários. A casa está em mal estado de conservação, portas, janelas, tudo bastante precário. Se nota claramente que não há investimento, pretendem lucrar "sem gastar" na qualidade de móveis, eletromésticos e limpeza. Além de suja, está cheia de baratas e formigas. Tudo muito precário, panelas velhas, amassados, fogão péssimo, não tem microondas etc etc.

    Casa grande e confortável

    Alguns dias tinha gente de na rua com caixa de som alto e vizinhos com música alta o dia todo.
