    Zeer teleurstellend en niet waard voor je geld. Het hotel heeft de 4 sterren niet verdient.

    De staff

    Het is duidelijk dat het hotel niet goed onderhoud is. Het is verbazend dat het hotel een 4 sterren hotel heeft terwijl het totaal niet voldoet aan de eisen. Het heeft geen lift, de trappen zijn smal en niet even hoog. Er is geen minibar in de kamer (blijkbaar alleen de kamer in begane grond heeft een minibar). 2 flessen bier gekocht voor 181.000rp. De prijs is ontzettend hoog! Er zijn ook heel veel vliegen! En ze doen de deuren van het restaurant open ondanks heel veel vliegen zijn. De kamer is ook niet goed. Het bed is uit elkaar, badkamerkast kan niet worden geopend.

    The location was easy to access and the staff is very friendly, but i would suggest them to maintain more cleanliness

    the staffs was very friendly and supportive

    cleanliness was less compared to the facilities in the resort
