The property is very good layout and ambience
The location and layout was very good with good access to beach
The bathroom and accessories need to be properly maintained along with corridors which are a bit worn out There are always some used plates lying in the corridors which means the service needs improvement

Don’t feel like a 5-star Hotel. It’s like a 3-star.
Nothing except food
Room cleanliness, Bathroom amenities, Corridors were having swimming pool water flashing, Floor cleaning kits on passage, swimming pool loudspeakers noise reaching room till 8pm. Poor room service.

Nice and cosy - good for families
Nice view with separate access to the beach. Tea time at the beach with collies. Sitting area at the reception near water pond. Restaurant was very nice.
Bed sheets sometimes not so clean. Floor in bathroom as well. Some parts need little renovation and new paint.
