Vor 10 Jahren war es noch ene Topadresse heute ist es eine Unterkunft zum Urlaub machen mit Hunden
Sehr ruhig gelegen tolle Aussicht
Hunde am Pool die pissen wos ihnen passt , zwischen den Liegestühlen. Hundescheisse Säcklein werden beim Parkplatz zwischen den Autos entsorgt. Kein Külschrank , kein Tresor

Zimmer waren sehr sparsam ausgestattet, die Couch war mit einem zerknitterten Übertuch abgedeckt, es fehlten sowohl Kleiderhaken sowie für Badesachen / Badetücher eine Trocknungsmöglichkeit (kleiner Wäscheständer oder ähnliches). Auch fehlte es an liebevollen Details ( Bild, Deko, Kissen auf der Couch oder ähnlich) in den Räumen. Da fehlt einfach die Handschrift eines erfahrenen Hoteliers.

Prati Palai is beautifully situated in the hills above Lake Garda, with a stunning view of the lake and a truly exceptional sense of peace and tranquility. With just eight suites and one room, the hotel is wonderfully small and intimate — exactly the kind of place we love. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The air conditioning is a real plus, especially during the warmer months. Unfortunately, we found the beds rather uncomfortable, and the pillows were not particularly neck-friendly, which made sleeping less relaxing than we had hoped. The breakfast is generous by Italian standards and presented with great care and attention to detail. Everything feels lovingly prepared. At lunchtime, there is a small menu offering simple but delicious options such as bruschetta or burrata with tomatoes — perfect for a light meal by the pool. The pool area is lovely and offers a wonderful place to relax. However, the green areas around the pool could be maintained a little better. For example, fallen plums were sometimes left on the ground, making it easy to accidentally step on them. One thing that stood out to us was that the staff were quite reserved and shy. We would have appreciated a little more personal interaction. In such a small, family-like hotel, we are used to getting to know the staff and even knowing their names so that we can address them personally. A warmer and more personal approach would make the experience feel even more special. Overall, Prati Palai is a beautiful and peaceful hideaway with an incredible location, wonderful views, and a very intimate atmosphere. With a few small improvements, it could be an absolutely exceptional place to stay.
