Horrible tanto la vivienda como booking para resolver incident as
Nada, mucha humedad puse una incidencia y no me contestaron en 24 horas. No recomiendo este alojamiento porque no cumple con las condiciones minimas. Las almohadas amarillas del uso sin lavar. Un desastre de casa y booking no responde. No contrato mas con booking

It's a nice apartment. But unfortunately the nice surface wasn't really what it could have been. It had an overwhelming smell of sour mop. The sofa had stains and had a strong smell of the I guess the 100s of people staying there before us. The beds where made well but the pillows, decor cushions and blankets once again, smells like many people's scalps. They would be more successful in getting a proper cleaning service to do they're cleaning and maybe update some things to be more hygienic. They also took a 100€ deposit on top of the already paid original price without it being stated anywhere before booking and paying the stated original price. When we checked out I asked when they would refund me the deposit since the aparment was left in perfect condition by us. It took them almost a whole day do respond that it should be within a week, and if not, to contact them again. During they're no answering period I reached out to booking.com directly, and then I got my deposit back fairly quickly.. So, absolutely not the nicest experience I've had through booking.com. But if you wouldn't mind things like this and need a place to stay fairly close to things, it's an option of course.
