    Very clean and the staff is friendly

    The room was big,clean and neat

    The tiles in the shower looks a bit old and the grout is worn off

    My concern is that of children’s safety.

    The visibility of the security? 100/100 The attitudes and values of the securities? 100/100! Those ladies and gents are constantly there! Not just there but present! Helpful! I don’t know how I can thank one who assisted us with running after our 3 year old son who ran out of the room while we were sure that the door was locked.

    On that Friday I only slept around 01:00am, I couldn’t stop thinking about the worst that could have happened to my baby. You see the double-lock thing used on the door? In most accommodations we’ve been to, the door doesn’t open (even from inside) if you have double locked. We arrived here and double-locked. As I was about to go for a shower, I notified my husband not to sleep as I thought of in case kids pull the lamps or fall on bed. I wasn’t worried about kids walking out of the room, as I knew it was locked. Shortly in the bath tub, I heard it was quiet and I walked out. To find the Four year old son of mine alone. His father and my three year old were not there. As I was about to dress and go look what had happened, they walked in. Only to find that my son pulled the door and the door opened while double-locked. Oh! My mind went up and down. What if he had been kidnapped? What if he had fallen down the stairs? What if he had taken the direction to the pool side and drowned? Immediately I called at the reception and they sent someone to come over and the explanation was that it’s normal for that door to operate like that and and and. We were even advised to place a chair by the door… All I came out with on this vacation was that, IT IS NOT REALLY SAFE FOR TODDLERS.
