Warm welcome, Cold room.
Great location. Quiet room which, unfortunately was cold upon arrival. Had to ask staff for instructions and to ‘reboot’ the heating system which still blew cold air in the middle of the night. Staff attentive, friendly, chatty. Despite the fault with the heating, we’re repeat customers and will not let this experience put us off considering Premier Inn again for our stay in Aberdeen when we next visit.

Lovely Stay
We enjoyed staying here!. Very welcoming staff. The lady that checked us in, served us at evening meal and the breakfast next morning. She was very efficient, friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay here again.

Brilliant
We arrived to the hotel on Friday the 14th of November and stayed with 2 supported people until Sunday morning ( 2 nights ). Since we arrived we were served by the professionals . Staff was highly professional and excellent customer service. We were all impressed with the level of care they served us with . People who served us starting from check in and ending on Sunday morning were always helpful and approaching us with the highest manners and smiles on their faces . Highly recommended . Rooms standards were also very satisfying and prices very reasonable. Especially thanks to staff Ewelina, Justyna and Marta and Tobias who were there all the time and always serving us with brilliant approach and positive energy . There was another member of staff who served us on Friday evening and she also showed passion and commitment to her position. Lady had dark hair reaching her shoulders level but unfortunately cant remember the name . Very satisfied 😊 😊😊

The hotel itself looks grim from the exterior, however inside was suitable and comfortable. Standard room and the breakfast was as expected. Good value.
