Cannot recommend enough.
Our stay had to be extended due to unforeseen circumstances and we were helped when moving rooms to find the loveliest gift and card which meant so much. The staff are not just professional but they went above and beyond and we cannot recommend them enough.

Solid choice as expected from PremierInn
Everything you expect from the brand. Efficient check in. Comfortable room with comfy bed. Love the premium extras, eg coffee machine and chocolate. Bathroom needs refurb; bath panel badly water damaged. Car parking £3. Although the Brewer’s Fayre is on site, there is no covered walkway so it is a wet walk for dinner and breakfast when the weather is bad. The food and service was good. Overall good for an overnighter and great value for money.

Emma and Amy are the most amazing receptionists, they both went the extra mile they went above and beyond, I would recommend this hotel for there customer service, there banter was class as well

Always a great trouble free stay with great staff 😃
Stay here a few times a year. Always great presentation and friendly efficient staff. Just a one night stay on this occasion but the usual high standard . Emma was really on the ball at my arrival and after I ordered a takeaway that was delivered early Emma was good enough to bring it to my room ! Also later rescuing me again when I had a struggle with the vending machine ! She’s a star ! 😀
